LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing

our website or engaging our services you agree to

be bound by these terms.

CARRIER LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

D'etre Above LLC is not liable for any delays

or failures in the receipt of any SMS messages

connected with this service. Delivery of SMS

messages is subject to effective transmission

from your network operator. Message and data

rates may apply. D'etre Above LLC has no control

over delays or undelivered messages caused by

network operators or other third parties.

SERVICES

D'etre Above Consulting provides AI automation

consulting services including but not limited to

AI receptionist setup, lead qualification systems,

lead reactivation workflows, automated follow-up

sequences, and custom AI infrastructure for

businesses. The specific scope of services will

be outlined in a separate service agreement

between the Company and the client.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using our website, submitting a contact form,

or engaging our services you confirm that you

are at least 18 years of age, have the legal

authority to enter into these terms, and agree

to be bound by them.

SMS COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your phone number and submitting

our contact forms you expressly consent to

receive SMS text messages from D'etre Above

Consulting. These messages may include:

- Responses to your service inquiries

- Appointment confirmations and reminders

- Follow-up communications related to

our services

- Business updates relevant to your inquiry

Message frequency varies based on your

interactions with us. Message and data rates

may apply. You may opt out at any time by

replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP

for assistance.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms for services will be outlined

in individual service agreements. Setup fees

are due prior to project commencement. Monthly

retainer fees are due on the first of each

month. All fees are non-refundable unless

otherwise stated in the service agreement.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website including text,

graphics, logos, and images is the property

of D'etre Above LLC and is protected by

applicable intellectual property laws. You

may not reproduce, distribute, or create

derivative works without our express

written permission.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients engaging our services agree to:

- Provide accurate and complete information

necessary for service delivery

- Grant necessary access to systems and

platforms required for implementation

- Respond to reasonable requests for

information in a timely manner

- Comply with all applicable laws in

connection with their use of our services

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law

D'etre Above LLC shall not be liable for

any indirect, incidental, special, or

consequential damages arising from your

use of our services or website. Our total

liability shall not exceed the amount paid

by you for the specific service giving rise

to the claim in the three months preceding

the claim.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

While we are committed to delivering

exceptional results, D'etre Above Consulting

does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes,

lead volumes, or business results. Performance

guarantees, where offered, will be explicitly

stated in individual service agreements.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain the

confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive

information shared during the course of the

engagement. This obligation survives the

termination of any service agreement.

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate a service

engagement with 30 days written notice

unless otherwise specified in the service

agreement. We reserve the right to terminate

access to our services immediately if you

violate these terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by

the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall

be resolved in the courts of Roanoke, Virginia.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms

and Conditions at any time. Changes will be

posted on this page with an updated date.

Continued use of our services after changes

are posted constitutes acceptance of the

new terms.
